Obituary
Former South Monterey County resident, William "Shorty" Guess passed away at his home in Paso Robles on September 17, 2013. Shorty was born September 10, 1933 in Green forest, Arkansas; to Verner and Edna Guess.
Shorty is survived by his wife of 47 years, Betty Sales Guess and his children, Denyse (Tim) Foster, Steven (Lynn) Guess, Leanna Wagner, Julia (Terry) Rubbo, Michelle (Andrew) Winter and Kevin Guess. He leaves behind twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Charles "Woody" and great-granddaughter, Sophia Rubbo.
In keeping with the wishes of Shorty, there will be no funeral services.
