Victor A. Morones, 93 of King City passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2020.  He was born October 8, 1926 in Ceceda, Durango, Mexico to Gilberto Morones and Ma de Jesus Alba and had one brother.

He was raised by his aunts and uncles helping on the farm.  He was a Cowboy Mexicano and participated in the Brazero Program.  He and his family moved to Texas and the United States became their home.  They eventually moved to California and it has been their home ever since.  He has continued worked in agriculture including tractor driving.  He always enjoyed his 69 years of working in farming.  He was a member of the Templo de Alabanza Ebenezer Church in King City.

Victor is survived by his wife, Petra Morones, who he married in 1950; his children, Teresa, Correa, Ruth Quevedo, Josie Duque, Jaime Morones and Victor Morones Jr.  He loved his family, always looking out for them.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. We will miss you Dad!

A Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, January 16 ^th from 5pm to 9pm at Eddington Funeral Services Chapel.  A Funeral Service will be held at 10am on Friday, January 17 ^th at the Templo De Alabanza Ebenezer Church, 531 N. Vanderhurst in King City.  Burial will follow in King City Cemetery.
