Tucker was born in Red Bluff, California on September 2, 1990. Tucker enjoyed a wonderful childhood growing up in King City and on the family ranch in San Ardo. He graduated from Rancho Cielo Youth Campus in 2008 and decided to move to Northern California to attend Butte College shortly after. Tucker's life journey continued as he tackled life's obstacles, but this passage eventually led him to a gratifying and stable place. Tucker moved to the beautiful coastal redwoods of northern California to be closer to his mom and where his grandparents once lived. He attended College of the Redwoods where he was pursuing a degree in Agriculture-Business. He had plans to transfer to California State University Humboldt.
In his free time, Tucker enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, spending time with family, and watching sports. 2012 and 2013 were especially memorable years for Tucker; the Giants won the World Series and the 49ers made it to Superbowl. He couldn't have been happier. Tucker recently became very involved in the Pacific Light Church in Klamath, California. He was also a member of the church choir.
Tucker will be remembered for his warm heart and his love for family and friends. Most of all, we will remember his perseverance in setting new and amazing life goals. He was accomplishing these goals, and was headed down a new path. He was proud, and his family is proud of him.
Tucker is survived by his loving family, mother Nanette Isenburg; father Norman L. Neal; aunt and uncles Lynnie and Steve Oliveira, Karl and Jana Isenburg; and Cousins Stephanie and James Rust, Cooper Oliveira, and Brittany, Taylor, and Kelsey Isenburg. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Gus and Joan Isenburg.
