Thomas Harvey Fulton, 79 of King City, CA and Las Vegas, NV went home to glory on September 15, 2014. He was born to William Harvey and Alta Marie Fulton on October 23, 1934 in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. Tom and his adored twin sister, Lucy, grew up in Ohio and graduated from Colorado City High School in Colorado City, Texas. Tom was married to Eulyne Bradford for 28 years. He married Loyce Olson in 1982 and was married for 32 years. Tom and Loyce have traveled extensively and have visited all 50 states and especially enjoyed Alaska and Hawaii. Tom was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and his faith and family meant the most to him.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science with honors, Masters and Doctorate degrees in Education from New Mexico State University. He was awarded a Fellowship and attended the University of Wyoming through the National Defense Education Act and in 1988 he was honored as "Outstanding Centennial Alumnus" from New Mexico State University College of Education.

Tom worked for Mobil Oil Company in West Texas for 6 years. He was a classroom and school principal in Las Cruces, NM for 7 years. Tom served as principal of three different schools in the Salinas City School District for 8 years and King City Elementary School District superintendent for 9 years. He also enjoyed many years as adjunct professor and administrator for Hartnell College and supervised over 100 educators as a field supervisor for CSUMB.

Tom was active in many sports. He was an avid golfer and had five holes-in-one during his many years of golf. He loved to play board and card games and regularly initiated friendly wagers on the outcome of a game or the price of a meal.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents; brother Bill; sister, Betty and his son Bruce. Tom is survived by his wife Loyce, his twin Lucy Oliver (Bill) and family, his ex-wife Eulyne Fulton, his children Tomalyne Price (Bud), Craig Fulton (Zoe), Melissa Yocum (Jim) and Jeff Fulton (Kimberly), his step-children Leland Olson and Loni Rossow (Paul) and his treasured grandchildren Ethan Fulton, Anna Olson, Madison Yocum, Mark Yocum, Joshua Olson, Kindra Fulton, Bjorn Rossow, Joel Fulton and Annika Rossow. He loved his children and grandchildren so much and they will certainly miss their G-Pa.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
