Teresa Lynn Warfield, 55 of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Regional Medical Center of San Jose after a lengthy illness. Born January 12, 1961 in Oakley, California.
Teresa enjoyed garage sales, camping, traveling and cooking.
She leaves behind her husband of 20 years, Carl Warfield; her mother, Virginia Frazier; Sisters, Lennie Smith, Vallerie Houchins and Deana Radda.
SERVICE INFORMATION:
A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Oakley, California.
