Scott Wesley Ross passed away Friday, March 28, 2014 at the young age of 31. Scott was born on January 27, 1983 in Salinas, Ca. Scott spent the majority of his years in Monterey County with a brief time in Cayucos, Ca where he grew to love surfing. Anyone that knew Scott would say he was a giant teddy bear with a giving heart. Scott was quick with a smile and to offer
a helping hand and was game for anything.
Scott had great memories of winters in the snow, snowboarding, sledding and summers near the beach and lakes, white water rafting with family and friends.
Scott loved road trips and being outdoors, camping, hiking, playing his drums and guitar and creating songs with his buddies by the camp fire.
When Scott walked into a room, others felt comfortable with his easy going demeanor and lighthearted humor.
In Scott's free time he enjoyed working with his Dad installing radio and antenna systems and had a talent for woodworking and built many beautiful pieces.
Scott was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his Mother and Father, Wendie and Dave Ross, and Sister, Kelly Ross of King City. Brother Brian and wife Julie Ross of Texas, many nieces and nephews, extended family The Bonham's and close friends Bryan and Dwaine.
A private celebration of his life will be with close family and friends in Scott's honor.
