Santos Morales Contreras passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024 while visiting with family in Tijuana, Mexico. He was born September 16, 1959 in Guanajuato, Mexico and had been a resident of Monterey County for over 40 years.

He loved to sing and listen to music.  He had a charismatic smile, and generous heart, making him an instant friend to all who met him.  He will always be remembered and loved.

Santos is survived by his children, Marisol Rolon, Laura G. Morales, Ana Christina Morales, and Santos Morales Jr.; siblings, Guadalupe Ramirez, Clementina Morales, Irma Morales, Jesus Morales, and Natividad Morales; grandchildren, J Manuel Pineda Jr., Anahi Morales, Adamari Morales, Andres Rolon, and Aaron Grimaldo.

He is preceded in death by his father, Santos Morales Sr. in 2000, and his mother, Audelia C. Morales in 2009.

A Visitation and Rosary was held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Eddington Funeral Chapel.  A Funeral Mas was held on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Greenfield.  Burial followed in the Holy Trinity Cemetery in Greenfield.
