Ruben Perez III, 30 of King City passed away Friday October 24, 2014 with his family at his side. Ruben "Little" Perez was born April 15, 1984 in King City.

Ruben enjoyed anything that had to do with sports. He loved the game of baseball, starting from little league to setting and breaking records at King City High School where he graduated with the class of 2003.
Ruben continued his life in King City. He was employed at Scotty's Pine Canyon Chevron for 12 years. He touched so many lives while working there. Everyone who knew Ruben knows that he had a heart of gold. He was always willing to give you his last dollar or the shirt off his back. He showed love for all his loved ones in any way he knew how. He very much enjoyed the company of his amazing family and all his nephews, nieces, god children and friends.

His boys, Noah, 12 and Tanner, 9 were his pride and joys. He valued the time he had with them. They were his world.

Ruben leaves behind his sons, Noah and Tanner and the Love of his life, Melissa Lusanilla. He is also survived by his parents, Ruben Perez and Theresa Perez Jr.; three brothers, Adrian, Aaron and Arthur; three sisters, Adrina, Anyssa and Athena; a great grandmother, Barbra Silva; two sets of grandparents, Ruben and Mary Alice Perez Sr. and Charles and Edith Harriman; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

SERVICE INFORMATION:

A VISITATION will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at St. John's Catholic Church, 504 N. Third St. in King City.

A RECITATION OF THE ROSARY AND FUNERAL MASS will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at St. John's Catholic Church. Ruben will be laid to rest in King City District Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up at Chase Bank in King City.
