Roberto "Bobby" Cortez, 37 a lifelong resident of King City, passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side. Everyone called him Bobby.
Bobby was born December 1, 1977 in King City. He enjoyed visiting with people, going to parties and traveling. He was a people person being very sociable, friendly and outgoing. He attended Gabilan School and went on to attend the Social Vocational School in Soledad. Bobby always looked forward to and enjoyed going to school. There he will be missed by his friends, Louie and Ida and everyone else.
Bobby is survived by his parents, Rosendo and Becky Cortez; his sisters, Raquel Sandoval and Regina Cortez; brother, Rodrigo Cortez; as well as, several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
SERVICE INFORMATION:
A VISITATION will be held from 5pm to 7pm, Thursday, June 25, 2015 at St. John's Catholic Church, 504 N. Third Street in King City.
A RECITATION of the ROSARY will be held at 7pm on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at St. John's Catholic Church.
A FUNERAL MASS will be held at 10am, Friday, June 26, 2015 at St. John's Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the King City District Cemetery.
