Robert Louis Wasson, 75, of Bakersfield, CA, passed away peacefully at home on February 12, 2025. Born on August 20, 1949, in Salinas, CA, he was raised in King City, CA, where he developed his deep love for faith, family, and hard work.

A devoted Christian, Robert found strength and guidance in the Lord, reading his Bible daily. He had a gift for storytelling, always ready with a tale to make others smile and laugh. His passions included martial arts, working out, and tending to his beloved garden and fruit trees. He was a craftsman at heart, creating beautiful woodwork and landscapes, and he cherished the company of his loyal dogs.

Robert leaves behind his loving wife, Teresa Wasson, and his four children: Keenan Wasson, Tawni Zamora, Billi Jones, and Dusty Wasson. He was a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to two.

Robert's love, laughter, and wisdom will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A Graveside Service will be held, 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2025 in the King City District Cemetery.
