Becky Thompson of Jordan Valley Oregon, formally of King City, passed away Monday, March 19th 2012 from a short illness. Born August 11th 1961, she was 50 years old.

MEMORIAL SERVICE:

A Memorial Service will be held, 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 4th, 2012 at King City District Cemetery. A luncheon reception in celebration of Becky's life will immediately follow at the Pine Canyon Mobile Estates club house.

Becky was raised all her life in King City. She attended King City Elementary School, Junior High and King City High School. From the time she was a small child she always loved the outdoors and had a greater love for animals. Two of her great pastime hobbies were listening to country music and watching NASCAR racing. She had an extensive collection of NASCAR memorabilia. The ever popular #3, Dale Earnhardt was her guy. It was very rare that Becky ever missed a Sunday calling her brother to discuss that day's race.

After moving to Oregon with her family, Becky spent time riding her quad with her niece and nephew on the family ranch. She enjoyed spending time with the kids and her family outdoors.

Becky is survived by her mother, Hazel Johnson; brother, David Thompson (holly); sister, Lavonda Thompson Raine (Bill); father, Ray Thompson; nieces and nephews.
