Randal Clyde Taylor, Randal "RC" Taylor, born October 10, 1939 in Osage, Carroll County Arkansas, peacefully passed away October 20, 2021 in Modesto, California.  He had just turned eighty-two ten days prior.

The Taylor family moved to California in 1945 and lived on the Taylor Ranch in San Lucas.  Randal graduated from King City High School in 1958.  After graduating, he began working for Cliff Hall then for Mike and Frank Taylor on the Taylor Ranch.  Randal farmed the land and loved being at the ranch.  Randal loved to spend time at San Antonio Lake during the summers.  He would bring his family and friends boating and camping there every year.

Randal is survived by his children, Michelle Orradre (Jim), Steve Taylor (Lessa); grandchildren, Stephen and Sydney Orradre, Valley, Lucas, and Zoie Taylor; sister, Cathy Smith (Harry), and numerous family members who still reside in Arkansas and California. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Jessie Sisco Taylor; sister, June Allred, and nephew David Allred.

Burial will be at the King City Cemetery, Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 11:00am.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Monterey County Agriculture and Rural Life Museum.
