Omar Tellitud Chavez was born on March 1st, 1984 in King City, CA, and passed away on August 23rd, 2026 at the age of 42.

Omar had personality all his own- full of character, emotion, and charisma. He had a way of making life more interesting and leaving people with stories they would never forget. Omar’s time with us was far too short, but the love he gave and laughter he brought into our lives will forever remain. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and those who cherished him. 

He is survived by his children; Maxx, Layla, and their mother Rosie, his mother Margarita, his siblings Myriam and Sebastian, his extended family, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. They will forever carry on his love and memories. 

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Luis Chavez Herrejon.
