Matthew Blake Viau, 28 of King City passed away, Thursday, June 14, 2012. He was born February 13, 1984 in King City to Richard Viau and Annette Cochran.
SERVICES:
A graveside inurnment is scheduled for 11 a.m., Thursday, June 21, 2012 at King City District Cemetery. A Celebration of his life will follow at the King City Bible Church, 50500 Jolon Rd., King City.
At an early age Matthew's family moved to Fresno, Calif.. There he attended elementary school. He returned to King City and lived with his grandparents while attending King City High School. He enjoyed BMX riding, skateboarding, fishing, listening to music and playing his guitar. Matthew married Genni Jordan and together they had two children, Bradley and Nevaeh Viau. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his children.
He is survived by his wife, Genni, children Bradly Viau and Nevaeh Viau; parents, Annette Turner and Richard Viau, Jr.; step father, James Turner, Sr.; step-mother, Debbie Viau; grandparents, Dora Cochran, Richard and Frances Viau; great grandmother, Atha Sportsman; brothers, Jacob, James, Kenneth and Kevin; sister, Jessica Turner; aunts and uncles, Jannette (John) LeBlanc, Chuck (Kim) Cochran and Debbie (Darren) Carlson; cousin, Heidi Cochran and many other cousins.
