Maria San Juana Tavares, 66 of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2026, at her home with her family by her side. Maria was born August 26, 1959, in Wharton, Texas.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Maria is survived by her 2 sons, William Tavares and wife, Yesenia; Miguel Tavares; 3 granddaughters, Sophia, Amia, and Aleah; also her many brothers and sisters and their extended families.

SERVICES:

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Eddington Funeral Chapel, 429 Bassett St., King City, Calif.

A Funeral Mass will be held, 9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 27 S. El Camino Real, Greenfield, Calif. Burial will follow in the Holy Trinity Cemetery.
