Luz Flores Garcia, 86 of King City passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016. She was born March 7, 1930 in Weslaco, Texas.

Luz was a housewife and homemaker. She married Nieves Garcia June 27, 1948, they were married for 55 years. She enjoyed playing bingo with both family and friends. She also enjoyed watching soap operas, both in Spanish and English. Her favorite was Days of Our Lives.

She is survived by her daughter, Diana Garcia; sons, Joe Garcia and Rick Garcia; daughter-in-law, Tonya Garcia; sisters, Hermelinda Flores and Ester Carrillo; brothers, Lupe Flores and Pedro Flores.

SERVICE INFORMATION:

A Visitation is scheduled from 5pm to 7pm, Thursday, June 30, 2016 followed by a 7pm Rosary Service at Eddington Funeral Services Chapel.

A Funeral Mass will be held 10am, Friday, July 1, 2016 at St. John's Catholic Church.

Interment will take place in King City District Cemetery.
