Obituary
Kristin Brubaker, 45 of Sacramento, Calif. passed away, Thursday, July 12, 2012.
SERVICE INFORMATION:
A VISITATION is scheduled, 5pm. to 7pm. at Eddington Funeral Services.
A FUNERAL MASS will be held, 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 20, 2012 at St. John's Catholic Church, 503 N. Third St., King City, Calif.
BURIAL will take place at King City District Cemetery.
THERE WILL BE A MEMORIAL at a later date in Sacramento, Calif.
Kristin was born, March 27, 1967 at Wheeler Hospital in Gilroy, Calif. She moved to King City from Morgan Hill with her family in 1970. She participated in 4H raising pigs from 9 years old through High School. She was an avid swimmer and diver for the King City Swim Team. Amongst other sports she enjoyed tennis and played softball while in high school.
After graduating from KCHS in 1985 she moved to Sacramento where she studied at California State University Sacramento. She went on to become a nurse and most recently was the treatment/wound nurse at Sacramento SubAcute Care Facility.
She loved her dog Bella and was extremely proud of her daughter Hannah for being a gifted athlete and straight A student.
Kristin is survived by her daughter, Hannah Virtue; mother, Cyrilla Brubaker; brothers, Billy Brubaker and Tom (Brooke) Brubaker and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles William Brubaker, II.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Kristin's name to your local SPCA.
