Kathryn Lynn Garcia "Katie" born, May 18th, 1958, in King City, California died September 2nd, 2012 at Stanford University Hospital.
SERVICES
FUNERAL MASS was held 12 noon, Saturday, September 8th, 2012 at the St. John's Catholic Church, King City, Calif.
Katie was born and raised in Monterey County. She resided most of her life in King City, Calif. She married Tony DeCarli and had three boys: Thomas Anthony DeCarli (35 yrs), Jacob Anthony DeCarli (25 yrs) and James Anthony DeCarli (22 yrs).
Katie was a passionate mother, daughter, sister, aunt, wife, finance and grandmother. She was well-known for her beauty and loyalty to her family. When she was growing up, she loved helping her dad drive tractor. She always loved the outdoors and as she became a mother she loved sharing time with her three sons' and her granddaughter, Bella.
Katie is survived by many, specifically, her loyal finance and father of her boys, Bobby McKee, sons Thomas (Lissette), granddaughter Bella, Jacob, James (Angelica), mother, Joanne Garcia; sister, Sharon (Dennis) Hearne; brothers, Ricky (Cheryl) Garcia, Steven (Sammie) Garcia, Timothy Garcia and Joseph (Karen) Garcia.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Garcia, brother, Ron Garcia & Sister-in-law, Cynthia Saporita Garcia.
