Deceased: Jose Carpio
Jose Carpio, 62 of King City passed away Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Mee Memorial Hospital in King City after a brief battle with cancer.
Mr. Carpio was a native of Santa Rosa de Lima, Mexico. He came to the United States in 1998 in search of a better life for himself and his family. He worked in agriculture as a laborer. He was a very hard worker constantly providing for his family.
Mr. Carpio enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife, Evelia Resendiz; children, Jose Angel Carpio Rezendiz, Juan Daniel Carpio Resendiz, Ismael Guerrero, Evelia Carpio Resendiz, Rosa Guerrero and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation was held 5pm to 7pm Tuesday, July 12th, followed by a 7pm Rosary service.. A Funeral Mass was scheduled 10am, Wednesday, July 13th. All services were at St. John's Catholic Church, 503 N. Third St., King City, CA 93930
