John Andrew Serritelli, Sr. died suddenly on April 8, 2022.  Born in Surbiton, Surrey England on January 20, 1964 to Dinah Anne (Parsons) Serritelli and John Anthony Serritelli, John was the oldest of 3 siblings.

Most of his childhood was spent living in the Palm Springs area where he enjoyed playing baseball and golf.  John moved to King City with his wife and their first born in 1990 where John lived until his passing.

John was an active member of the community serving on the fire department for over 20 years.  The camaraderie of the fire department and that of many other civic organizations is what forged so many of his lifelong friendships.  Known to so many as "Serutti", John was always there to lend a helping hand.

He was an alarm technician by trade but his true love was the world of sports.  Baseball, softball along with golf were some of his favorite pastimes.  He didn't just play for fun.  He was competitive spending many Labor Day Weekends in Tahoe with his softball team.

John adored his children and as they have grown older his relationship with each has grown stronger.  Each child holds a special and unique place in his heart.  John is survived by his children, John Andrew Serritelli, Jr., Sean (Cecilia) Serritelli, Katie (Jeffrey) Zelaya and Ellis Serritelli.  His 7 grandchildren; Zayden Serritelli, James Diaz, McKenna Serritelli, Briella Serritelli, Amelia Serritelli, Julianna Zelaya and Grace Serritelli.  His mother, Dinah Serritelli, his sisters Lisa Serritelli and Toni Serritelli, his brother Frank (Kim) Serritelli and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29th, 2022 at the Eddington Funeral Services Chapel. The celebration of John's life will continue following the service at the King City Fire Department.
