Obituary
John Joseph Lopez, 61 of King City passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 with his family at his side after a long battle with kidney disease at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
SERVICE INFORMATION:
A VISITATION was held, Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 5pm – 7pm at Eddington Funeral Services
A FUNERAL MASS was held, 11am, Thursday, December 20, 2012 at St. John's Catholic Church, 504 N. Third Street, King City.
Johnny was laid to rest in King City District Cemetery.
John was born in King City. He was a lifelong resident of South Monterey County.
He was an avid San Francisco Giants fan and truly enjoyed going to Giant games with his brother Frank. He loved his family very much and enjoyed spending time with them.
John is survived by his sons, James Daniel Lopez, John Lopez; sister, Mary (Jon) Adams; brothers, Frank (Jeanne) Lopez, Manuel Lopez; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Florentina Lopez.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mee Memorial Hospital Dialysis Center, 300 Canal St., King City, CA 93930
