James (Jim) Gordaon Parsons, 73 of King City passed away at his home on Saturday, October 26, 2019.  He was born September 30, 1946 in Bakersfield, Calif.

Jim was drafted into the US Army in 1966 and served two years.  He worked for the California Highway Patrol in King City where he retired.  He then went to work for the Department of Defense at Camp Roberts until his retirement there in 2010.  Jim enjoyed fishing and watching all sports.

Jim is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gwen Parsons; 3 daughters, Tracy Yeakle, Jennifer Mandeville (Scot), Melissa Bedrosian (Joe); 9 grandsons, Dustin Nelson (Tasha), Cody Nelson (Kayla), Jacob Bedrosian, Zack Bedrosian, Caleb Bedrosian, Kyle Bedrosian, Bryce Mandeville, Wyatt Bedrosian and Connor Yeakle; 2 great granddaughters, Lily Nelson and Ellie Nelson; Sisters, Jackie Bozarth, Lynn Buckley; brothers, Bill Parsons and Mac Parsons as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Per Jim's wishes no services will be held.
