Jessie Jewel Taylor, 101 of Greenfield, Calif. passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
She was born February 22, 1914 in Osage, Arkansas to Mac Sisco and Pearl Carter Sisco. She was the oldest of eight children.
December 23, 1933 Jessie married Clyde Taylor of Conner, Arkansas and together they raised three children. They were married for 63 years. Clyde passed away in 1996.
Jessie was a 70 year resident of Monterey County. She lived the last 44 years in Greenfield. In 1988 she retired from Meyer Tomatoes.
She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, sewing, gardening and cooking. Having lived long enough to meet her great-great granddaughters, Adelyn and Scartlett made her very happy.
With special love and care, Clara Valdivia and her family made it possible for her to stay in her home. Our family is sincerely thankful for your care the last three years.
Jessie is survived by her children, June Allred of King City, Cathy Smith (Harry) of King City, RC Taylor of Modesto; grandchildren, Denise Allred of King City, Michelle Orradre (Jim) of San Luis Obispo, Steve Taylor (Lessa) of Modesto, Laurie Gay (Dave) of King City, Dustin Smith of Paso Robles; Great grandchildren, Jon and Jeremy Allred, Stephen and Sydney Orradre, Valley, Lucas and Zoey Taylor, Alyssa and Taylor Williams; great-great granddaughters, Adelyn Gaboni and Scarlett Williams; sister, Joyce Fletcher of Loyal, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her grandson, David Allred, son-in-law, Troy Allred; husband Clyde; parents, Mac and Pearl Sisco; sisters, Halene Armer, Odissia Thrall, DeLois Stephenson and Bernice Sisco; brothers, Mac Sisco, Jr. and Carter Sisco.

GRAVESIDE SERVICES are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2015 in King City District Cemetery.
