She would make anything and everything from her famous Polenta and Stew, to her homemade pies, homemade jams, or simply anything you requested. She was cooking up until the last few months of her life, and she would always be responsible for the homemade gnocchi or raviolis for Christmas and Thanksgiving, and the family will still disagree over which of the two dishes was better.
Jennie was a devout catholic and could be found every Sunday in the second pew at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Greenfield, up until the father finally told her, "Jennie you don't have to come to church every Sunday at your age" she would then go every few weeks. She also enjoyed playing cards Pedro being her game of choice playing it up until the final days before she died.
