Obituary
Janelle (Patterson) Kelly, 66 of Lockwood, passed away peacefully in her home on April 14, 2016. Janelle was born in Atascadero, Calif. on May 9, 1949 and raised in Lockwood, Calif. She was the daughter of Lester and Jessie Patterson of Lockwood, Calif.
Janelle attended beautician school and then met the love of her life, Richard Kelly from Whitney Point, NY. They built a beautiful home in Upstate NY and resided there until her husband Richard's death in 1995. Janelle, her children, and husband's sister Dolores Rosenthal moved to California to be closer to her family.
Janelle loved crafts, cooking, bbq'ing, computers, traveling, a good beer, and spending time with family and friends. Janelle was known to most people as a woman that spoke her mind and would let you know what she thought. She was a very loving woman with a big heart.
She is survived by her daughter Nicki Kelly; son, RC Kelly; sisters, Pam Davis and Barbara Koester; brother, Lester Patterson.
Services were held by family and close friends in Lockwood, Calif. on May 14, 2016.
