A FUNERAL SERVICE is scheduled, 10am, Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Eddington Funeral Chapel

BURIAL will be at King City District Cemetery.

Emilio Barla Mendoza IV, age 38 of King City passed away Monday, July 16, 2012 at his home. Emilio was born in Hanford, Calif., June 19, 1974 to Emilio and Rose Mendoza.

Emilio attended school and was raised in Bakersfield, Calif. As an adult, Emilio moved to Salinas where he married and had three children. Emilio was a very talented and gifted individual. He had a passion for cars and could be found spending endless hours restoring classic cars. When he was not working on cars, Emilio could be found expressing his talent as an artist. He was very proud of his talents, but nothing brought him more pride than his three children, Emilio 13, Tyana 12, and Matthew 9.

Emilio is survived by his three children, Emilio, Tyana and Matthew; his mother, rose Mendoza; sisters, Crystal Mendoza and Emily Mendoza; nieces, nephews, numerous aunts uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Emilio Barla Mendoza, III.

Emilio's presence and sense of humor will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
