Dorothy Gloria Bamford, 90 of San Ardo passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at her home with her family by her side.  She was born in San Jose, Calif.

Dorothy worked in the meat industry in San Jose.  She and her husband John moved to San Ardo approximately 20 years ago.  She enjoyed playing bingo, baking Italian cookies, going for drives, spending time at the beach and going to casinos on occasions.  She loved the Easter season and would go to the cemetery and place flowers.  She was a parishioner of the Catholic Church.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 40 years, John Bamford; daughters, Cathy Aitken and Diane Breen; grandchildren, Ron Aitken, Tom Aitken, Bonnie Miller, Andy Breen, Becky Breen; and her adopted family, Hortencia Vallencia Soto, Ignacio Delgado, Joe Delgado, Brandon Delgado and Edward Delgado.

SERVICE INFORMATION:

A Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 13, 2017 from 10am to 11am at Mission San Miguel, 755 Mission St., San Miguel, Calif.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am.

Burial will take place in San Ardo District Cemetery, San Ardo, Calif.
